Peter Reinhart's Whole Grains Bread. I found the cracker recipe that I was looking for. You will like this cracker if you are a fan of Ritz, Triscuits or Wheat Thins.

Thin Wheat Crackers
Ingredients:
1 cup (128 gr) whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp (4 gr) salt
6 tbs (85 gr) milk, buttermilk, yogurt or soy milk
1 1/2 tbs (29 gr) honey or agave nectar or
2 tbs sugar or brown sugar
4tbs (57gr) vegetable oil or light olive oil
Salt water wash:
1/4 tbs kosher salt and
a pinch of any spices that you like (I used curry powder)
any seeds you desire,
dissolved all those in 1 tbs water
